What's New
Every journey begins with new challenges. While Sellvio’s user interface is intuitive and designed according to the latest user experience standards, it’s natural for questions to arise during the first steps. This is an exciting part of the process as you discover and leverage the opportunities Sellvio offers.
From a user experience perspective, the first steps are always crucial. Whether it’s setting up your store, uploading products, or fine-tuning the customer experience, there’s nothing more frustrating than having questions without a clear place to find answers.

Support
You can find the "Support" main menu option at the bottom of the left-hand menu bar in the Sellvio admin interface.
The menu options under Support provide quick access to the following pages and assist you with any questions about Sellvio:
- User manual: Opens Sellvio's up-to-date online help guide in a new browser tab for quick access.
- FAQ: Have a question? Open the Sellvio FAQ page with a single click! Your query may already have been answered.

eVIR Ticketing
Help guides, FAQs, phone, and email support are all excellent forms of assistance, but at Sellvio, we strive to go even further.
We’re proud to introduce the eVIR Ticketing System.
Starting with version 5.4.0, we provide every Sellvio store owner with a free account for our proprietary ticketing system, eVIR, which is also used by our own team.
